FAQ
The event has the date, time and city. When do we find out the location?
Yes. Every date, time and city is public information. Only guests with tickets will be told the exact location 48 hours prior to the event via email and text.
Is there a different password for every event?
Yes. Every event has a unique password and along with the exact location, the password will be provided to guests 48 hours prior to the event.
What if I forget the password?
The unique password is required for entry. Please do everything you can to know it when you arrive. If you do forget it, there are ways to confirm your identity but they aren’t fun.
How do we know who is performing?
Some events may list the performers, but for the most part, the entire event is a secret. We don’t want to give away too much.
Can I suggest a location?
Absolutely! We would love to hear about new and unique locations. And we’ll make you a deal. If you suggest a spot for a location that we use, we’ll get you two free tickets.
What is the audience capacity for the shows?
Every space is different. The goal is to ensure that these events are intimate and unique, so you won’t see us host any large scale events. You can expect most shows to sit between thirty and a hundred people.
How can I get involved?
We are always looking for volunteers. If you would like to be contacted about being a host, front of house, set up clean up volunteer, please let us know. Volunteers get to see the shows for free.
When are you coming to my hometown?
We are currently connecting with businesses in The Lower Mainland of BC, in the Okanagan of BC and the Edmonton area. If you want us to come to you, let us know.
